A Shepherd man is in the Isabella County Jail on attempted murder, assault and domestic violence charges after he allegedly attacked his wife with a meat hook Monday. Reportedly William Clarence Wilfong, 37, had been served with divorce papers and then learned that he and his wife Tricia were also being evicted from their East Pleasant Valley Road home.
