On 7-27-13 at approximately 10 pm Clare County Central Dispatch received a call of a suspicious situation / possibly a breaking at entering at a home on Pointview Drive in Hayes Township. Authorities were advised by the homeowner that nobody was supposed to be in the residence. Upon arrival Deputies found a 37 year old male from Lake, a 57 year old male from Harrison, and a 29 year old female from Harrison inside the home.
