By Pat Maurer Review Correspondent Victorino Bahena-Garcia, who pled “no contest” October 1 to Criminal Sexual Conduct in the second degree, was sentenced to five to fifteen years in prison with credit for 81 days served on November 5, by Circuit Court Judge Thomas Evans. According to information from County Prosecutor Michelle Ambrozaitis, Bahena-Garcia was also assessed $68 in state costs, $130 crime victim rights fee, a $500 fine and $500 court costs, $700 in court appointed attorney fees and lifetime electronic monitoring.
